On the occasion of the imminent publication of his new book "Avanguardia TEAL" the author Massimiliano Fanni Canelles illustrates with some short video clips the topics covered and the innovative approach to the theme of work organization.

In this first video the evolutionary aspects of the company "form" are underlined, where in the last decades it has been possible to notice a progressive move away from firmly vertical structures (line of command, roles, strictly bound tasks) in favour of a more and more horizontal working relationship, in a scheme of working group dynamics able to motivate people and let creative components flow, previously suffocated by excessive dirigisme.
